Below are my recommendations for Word-Press and using S.E.O. If your Website is built using another type of program then you will have to follow their instructions, But the end result should be the same plug-ins I state below.
Because there are so many sites around saying ‘this and that’ works best for S.E.O. It makes it hard to know what’s right for your Website and what you should implement on your site.
There is an easy answer to this problem, and that’s by using a plug-in on your site for your S.E.O. It is not necessary for you to have all the detailed knowledge about what the plug-in does or does not, but by spending just a little time with it, you will get used to it and what it does.
To enable your plug-in with word-press, just go to the plug-in page and put S.E.O. In the search panel. You are then given a selection of plug ins that you can download directly onto your Website.
Use the plug-in titled:- ‘All in One SEO Pack‘
This is a basic plug-in that works and works well, there is no need to have any other type of S.E.O. for your Website.
Now, same as above but this time,
Use the plug-in titled:- ‘Google Analytics for Word-press‘
Make sure you have a Google account with Google Analytics so you can put your unique code into the plug-in.
And lastly,
Use the plug-in titled:- ‘Google XML Site-maps‘
You are now set up.
There is no need to complicate anything further by adding anything else.
Using the above plug ins I have gone to Google’s 1st page in less than two weeks for my chosen topic.
Simple put, by following these guidelines you will not go wrong. All too often I read about various methods, that you are recommended to do to keep your S.E.O. up to-date, these ‘extras’ are not required for you to get good Ranking and therefore more visitors to your Website.
